Mischa Scott is a British Architect based in London and Osaka. He has worked for a number of practices in London including Barr Gazetas Architects and award winning architect Suzanne Brewer Architects whose ‘Mews House’ was nominated for the prestigious 2016 RIBA award for London building of the year.

Mischa grew up in an artistic environment with all four grandparents being either artists or designers. His paternal grandfather was William Scott; the abstract expressionist artist. On his maternal side his grandfather was designer and activist Gerald Holtom who designed the CND symbol better known today as the ‘Peace Symbol’. Being surrounded by Art Mischa became interested from a young age in geometry and 3D dimensional forms and knew he wanted to become an architect. He completed his degree, Diploma and Professional qualifications in London at the University of Westminster.

ミシャの祖父母は4人ともアーティストもしくはデザイナーであり、常に芸術に触れる環境で育った。父方の祖父は抽象的実験主義アーティストのウィリアム・スコットであり、母方の祖父はデザイナー兼活動家ジェラード・ホルトム は、今日では「ピースマーク」として知られるCNDのシンボルをデザインした。そんな環境で、彼自身も早くから幾何学図形や三次元形状に興味を持ち始め、いつしか建築家を志すようになった。ウェストミンスター大学でを卒業後、同校で専門資格を取得。
